Tactful Calling is a novel application where callers can signal how urgent the call is. They can also indicate the amount of time they would need for the conversation while ringing up.
The Tactful Calling concept was developed within the Gender Inspired Technology research project by IxDS in cooperation with Deutschen Telekom Laboratories (Tlabs) supervised by Prof. Dr. Gesche Joost and EAF | Europäische Akademie für Frauen in Politik und Wirtschaft Berlin e.V.
A first prototype developed for Android mobiles is presented at Cebit 2010, Stand B39.
